Pipe Burst Under Kitchen Floor

At first glance of the "before" picture, most homeowners would think it can never look the same as it once was. Luckily for this home owner our response time and hard work turned this pipe burst and water damaged flooring and made it "like it never even happened". Water damage like this could cause a massive mold infestation if not found right away as it is under the kitchen flooring in the crawl space. Some of these leaks go on for days or weeks and just build up moisture under your home. Thankfully this home owner found this leak and we were able to come and recover everything hit by the moisture.
