SERVPRO of Boone & Clinton Counties prides ourself on two things - Offering exceptional customer service as well as exceptional service while doing the job at hand. We also want the community to know that we are always available and will answer any questions that comes our way. We get that some of this can be very scary and when you see something that may be a problem, you instantly think it will be a lot of money to fix. That sometimes is not the case and we offer free inspections to help our customers determine what steps they may need to take and let them know exactly what is wrong. We get that money is tight and some people would rather let something go than call someone in to atleast take a look, which is another reason we offer free inspections. We are here for the community and always will be. We sponsor numerous places in our areas, do golf outings, have booths at different festivals and have even had a few activities at our shop.
